PHASE ONE CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY
After three years of work--fundraising, purchasing the land, preparing the land for construction, hiring an architect, and finalizing the design--on January 18th, 2025, the Rasin Devlopman team broke ground on Phase One of the La Gonave Community Leadership & Development Center! Construction for Phase One will continue throughout 2025, stay tuned to our social media (@rasindevlopman) for updates. Phase One contains the core operational facilities of the Center, including an auditorium, kitchen, dining room, and training rooms.

PHASE TWO
Phase Two of the leadership center contains office space for Rasin Devlopman and a fully-functioning 10-bedroom guest house, which will be a place of rest for members of Rasin's staff and network, as well as a revenue-generating space to rent to visitors to the island.
